Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive/Graduate Intern

We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our Marketing team and help grow the digital presence of our two premium Korean dining brands. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals looking to build a career in social media, content creation, branding and influencer marketing.

You will work closely with the Director of Marketing & Brand to develop engaging content, execute marketing campaigns, and ensure that all communications remain aligned with each brand's unique identity.

No prior experience is required—we value creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Film behind-the-scenes moments, food, events and day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Edit short-form videos using simple editing tools and mobile applications.
• Plan and execute content calendars and social media strategies for both premium Korean F&B brands.
• Brainstorm creative content ideas that strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements based on trends and insights.
• Research, identify and build relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, including outreach, negotiations, scheduling and follow-ups.
• Arrange and manage complimentary dining experiences in exchange for social media coverage.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with influencers, agencies and media partners.
• Work closely with restaurant operations to coordinate content shoots and campaign executions.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Brand to ensure all content remains consistent with each brand's positioning, voice and long-term strategy.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply.
• Passion for social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Comfortable appearing behind the camera and filming content.
• Willingness to learn simple video editing software and mobile editing applications (such as CapCut, InShot or similar platforms).
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

• Able to speak or understand Korean.
• Interest in Korean culture, cuisine and lifestyle.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and emerging social media trends.
• Previous experience creating personal content on social media is an advantage, though not required.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday (excluding Public holidays)
• 10am to 6pm
• Each week, required to set aside 2 days to work the evening shift (2pm to 10pm)
