Job Description - Social Media & Technical Support Executive

Job Scope:

* Create engaging social media content using Canva for clients' Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Lemon8 accounts on a weekly basis.

* Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms.

* Generate client reports and performance summaries when required.

* Support the team with technical backend tasks.

* Ensure all assigned projects are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Requirements:

* Proficient in Canva with strong design and content creation skills.

* Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, and Meta Business Suite.

* Creative with a good eye for design, layout, and visual aesthetics.

* Well-organized with strong time management skills.

* Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms.

* Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt.

* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

* Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

* Strong communication skills.
