Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms such as TikTok, XiaoHongShu (XHS), Instagram, and Facebook.
• Design and edit marketing materials using Canva and CapCut.
• Plan and schedule social media content to maintain a consistent online presence.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Assist with events, exhibitions, and retail marketing activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors, designers, influencers, and other partners when required.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining marketing materials, documents, and campaign records.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing or social media experience.
• Familiar with TikTok, XiaoHongShu (XHS), Instagram, and Facebook.
• Proficient in Canva and CapCut.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage.
