Monthly Salary: SGD 2,500 – 4,000 (basic, depending on experience, skills and portfolio)
Additional Incentive: Performance-based commission on qualifying customer packages generated through the employee's social media content, in accordance with the company's prevailing commission policy.
Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Executive to manage our day-to-day social media content and maintain a consistent online presence across Xiaohongshu (小红书), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Lemon8.
This is a content creation and posting role, not a traditional marketing or advertising position. The objective is straightforward: publish engaging content consistently, raise the company's online exposure, and help more potential customers discover our services.
Where customers are attracted through the content you produce and subsequently purchase qualifying packages, you will be eligible for an ongoing commission from those packages, subject to the company's commission and customer-attribution policy. The stronger your content performs, the more you earn.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Plan, film, edit and publish short-form content — videos, Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, photographs and posts.
- Capture daily operations, customer experiences, staff introductions, services, promotions and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Turn ordinary workplace and service moments into relatable, shareable content.
- Write clear and engaging captions in English and Chinese.
- Appear on camera where required, for service introductions, outlet features and staff or customer interviews (with their consent).
Posting and Account Management
- Maintain a regular and consistent posting schedule across all assigned platforms.
- Prepare a practical weekly or monthly content plan.
- Adapt each piece of content into the format best suited to each platform.
- Optimise captions, hashtags, titles, covers and posting times.
- Monitor comments and direct messages, and handle basic engagement.
- Refer complaints, sensitive comments and customer-service matters to management promptly.
- Ensure all published content is accurate, appropriate and consistent with the company's image.
Trends and Content Improvement
- Keep up to date with trending topics, video formats, popular audio and platform changes, and adapt suitable trends into brand-safe content.
- Review basic performance data (views, reach, engagement, saves, shares and enquiries), identify what attracts customer enquiries, and adjust content accordingly.
Internal Coordination
- Work with outlet managers and colleagues to capture timely and authentic content, without disrupting daily operations or customer service.
- Attend company events, roadshows or external filming locations when required.
- Organise and maintain content files, footage, photographs and posting records.
Requirements
- Diploma in Digital Media, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Communications or a related field is preferred but not compulsory. Candidates with relevant experience and a strong portfolio will be considered regardless of formal qualifications.
- Experience in social media content creation, short-form video or account management is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong practical skills and a suitable portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Hands-on user of Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Lemon8.
- Able to film and edit short-form video independently using a mobile phone.
- Proficient in CapCut, Canva or similar tools; Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is an advantage.
- Good written and spoken English.
- The ability to write and communicate in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role involves producing bilingual content and managing Chinese-language platforms such as Xiaohongshu.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking with customers and colleagues.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools is an advantage.
- Creative, organised, responsible and able to work independently across multiple platforms while meeting posting deadlines.
- Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends or public holidays when filming is required for special events.
- Please submit a portfolio of previous videos, photographs, social media posts or other creative work with your application, where available.
Remuneration
- Basic monthly salary of SGD 2,500 – 4,000, depending on experience, skills and portfolio.
- Ongoing performance-based commission on qualifying customer packages generated directly through the employee's social media content.
- Commission eligibility, customer attribution, calculation method and payment duration will be governed by the company's prevailing commission policy.

主要工作职责
内容制作
- 策划、拍摄、剪辑及发布短视频、Reels、TikTok 视频、限时动态、照片及帖文。
- 拍摄公司日常营运、顾客体验、员工介绍、服务项目、优惠活动及幕后花絮。
- 将日常工作与服务过程转化为具亲和力、适合分享的内容。
- 撰写清晰且具吸引力的中英文标题与文案。
- 按内容需要出镜,进行服务介绍、门店介绍,以及员工或顾客访问(须事先取得同意)。
发布与账号管理
- 按固定频率,在各指定平台持续发布内容。
- 制定切实可行的每周或每月内容计划。
- 依据各平台特点,调整内容形式、比例与呈现方式。
- 优化标题、标签、封面及发布时间。
- 查看及处理基本的评论与私信互动。
- 将顾客投诉、敏感留言或需进一步处理的事项,及时转交管理层。
- 确保所有发布内容准确、合适,并符合公司形象。
热点追踪与内容优化
- 关注最新趋势、热门话题、视频形式、热门音乐及平台变化,并将合适的趋势转化为符合公司形象的内容。
- 查看基本数据(播放量、覆盖人数、互动、收藏、分享及顾客咨询量),分析哪类内容能带来顾客咨询,并据此调整。
内部协调
- 与门店经理及同事配合,及时拍摄真实自然的内容,同时尽量避免影响日常营运及顾客服务。
- 视需要参与公司活动、路演或外出拍摄。
- 整理及保存视频、照片、素材文件与发布记录。
职位要求
- 持有数码媒体、大众传播、多媒体、传媒或相关专业文凭者优先,但非硬性要求。具备相关经验及优秀作品集者,可不受学历限制。
- 有社交媒体内容制作、短视频拍摄剪辑或账号管理经验者优先。欢迎具备实际操作能力及作品集的应届毕业生申请。
- 熟悉小红书、Facebook、Instagram、TikTok 及 Lemon8。
- 能使用手机独立完成短视频拍摄与剪辑。
- 熟悉 CapCut、Canva 或类似工具;会使用 Adobe Premiere Pro 或 Final Cut Pro 者更佳。
- 具备良好的英文书写及口语能力。
- 因本职位需制作双语内容,管理小红书等中文平台。
- 不抗拒出镜,能自然地与顾客及同事沟通。
- 熟悉 AI 辅助内容制作工具者优先。
- 有创意、负责任、有条理,能独立管理多个平台并按时完成发布。

薪酬与佣金
- 底薪月薪 SGD 2,500 – 4,000,视工作经验、实际能力及作品集而定。
- 另设与业绩挂钩的持续性佣金,适用于经员工社交媒体内容直接吸引并购买符合条件配套的顾客。
- 佣金资格、顾客来源认定方式、计算方法及支付期限,均以公司当时实行的佣金政策为准。
