Social Media Marketing Advisor

We are a newly established company looking to grow our social media followers, especially for YouTube. We are currently starting a food channel [ 熊猫小厨 Chef Panda ]

Job responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy 
• Define most important social media KPIs 
• Manage and oversee social media content 
• Measure success of social media campaigns 
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies 
• Monitor SEO and SEM user engagement and suggest content optimization 
• Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support. 
• Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data. 
• Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources. 
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis 
  
• Responsible for the writing and editing company brand campaigns to ensure content is informative and appealing 
• Responsible for the copywriting tasks relating to company promotional campaigns
• Responsible for the proofreading and reviewing English and Chinese copywriting tasks for the team
  

Job requirements and qualifications: 

• At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions 
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices 
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics 
• Experience with doing audience
• Good understanding of social media KPIs 
• Familiarity with web design and publishing is an advantage
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro is an advantage
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills 
• Effective communication skills 
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
