Social Media Marketing Executive

Looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Partnerships Executive to support our social media presence, content planning, and creator collaborations across our brands.

In this role, you will help manage social media content, coordinate KOL and influencer partnerships, and work with internal teams to deliver engaging campaigns that build brand awareness and support business growth.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or content coordination, preferably within retail, lifestyle, home, or e-commerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars across multiple brands.
• Coordinate social media content, product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
• Work with designers and video editors to produce engaging social media content.
• Source and coordinate collaborations with KOLs, influencers, and content creators.
• Prepare campaign briefs and communicate campaign requirements to creators.
• Liaise with suppliers and brand partners to coordinate marketing activities and content opportunities.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare simple reports on engagement and campaign results.
• Maintain creator and influencer databases, including collaboration records and campaign performance.
• Review content before publishing to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Support marketing campaigns with content ideas and creator coordination.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
• Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Good understanding of social media trends and content creation.
• Experience working with influencers, KOLs, or content creators is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail, lifestyle, home living, or e-commerce industries.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and campaign reporting.
• Experience coordinating external vendors, agencies, or freelancers.
