Responsibilities

• Handling brands' social media accounts from creating and planning interesting feeds, engagements, promotions and collaborations.
• Understand upcoming trend and new technologies.
• Staying up to date with company's industry knowledge and understanding customer needs across different services.
• Ability in managing and create full range of communications mix for all social media platforms.
• Understanding social media presence, engagement, and following, analyze social trends and statistics, and quantify the success of social media activities.
• Track, monitor, review results with sales team to evaluate effectiveness and execution methods of marketing campaigns
