Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
• Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content for social media campaigns.
• Manage daily social media postings, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages where necessary.
• Plan and execute paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Optimize campaigns using SEO and SEM best practices to improve website traffic, lead generation, and brand visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM, including keyword research and campaign optimization.
• Experience in content creation, copywriting, photography, videography, and basic video editing.
• Proficient in design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance reporting.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with influencer marketing and social media collaborations.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Ability to identify social media trends and translate them into engaging content.
• Experience in running lead generation and conversion campaigns is an advantage.
