Job Summary

You will identify and develop leads for staging homes, commercial, and industrial properties by leveraging industry contacts and applying knowledge of property layouts to create business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify leads to generate staging opportunities for homes, commercial, and industrial properties
• Build and maintain professional contacts within the property industry to support lead generation
• Apply knowledge of property layouts and surroundings to assess staging suitability and potential
• Manage work tasks efficiently while working remotely in a five-day workweek setup

• Experience or contacts in the property industry to facilitate lead sourcing and opportunity development
• Basic understanding of property layouts and surroundings to support staging decisions

• Work arrangement: Work from home, five days per week
• Compensation: Basic salary plus commissions based on leads attained
