We are looking for an experienced, highly creative Photographer, Videographer, and Editor to own the visual execution for our clients. You aren't just someone who knows how to operate a camera; you are a visual storyteller who understands the anatomy of a viral social media hook, the pacing of a direct-response ad, and the nuance of personal branding.
You will be hands-on in every stage of the production pipeline—from conceptualizing shoots and running local on-site productions to cutting the final edits for various social platforms.
End-to-End Production: Lead on-location photo and video shoots for a diverse roster of clients, including local clinics, corporate brands, and individual entrepreneurs.
Strategic Editing: Edit short-form vertical content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), long-form YouTube videos, and high-converting ad creatives.
Visual Storytelling: Translate client goals into compelling visual narratives. Work on personal branding projects that capture the authentic voice and expertise of founders and business owners.
Social Media Mastery: Stay ahead of social media trends, audio trends, and platform-specific formats to ensure all content feels native and engaging.
Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with our wider marketing team to ensure visual assets align with overall SEO, SEM, and social media campaign strategies.
Asset Management: Organize, back up, and maintain a highly structured library of raw files, project files, and finalized assets.
Experience: Proven track record in professional photography, videography, and video editing. (A strong portfolio or reel is required).
Technical Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop) or DaVinci Resolve. Fully capable of handling professional camera gear, lighting, and audio equipment.
The Social Native: A deep, intuitive understanding of what works on social media today. You know how to edit for retention, when to use b-roll, and how to format text hooks.
The Storyteller: You know how to build an arc. You can make an ad feel like a story and a corporate video feel human.
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with modern marketing strategies and direct-response frameworks
Experience or willingness to integrate generative AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or AI video/image generators like Higgsfield) into your creative workflow to speed up storyboarding or asset creation.
