Videographer & Content Creator (Healthcare Marketing Agency)

We are looking for a creative and passionate Videographer & Content Creator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys visual storytelling, content production, and creating engaging videos that educate, inspire, and connect with audiences.

You'll play a key role in bringing healthcare brands to life, from patient education and doctor-led content to brand campaigns across digital platforms.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute video shoots for social media, marketing campaigns, and client projects
• Film content at clinics, including doctor interviews, patient education videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional campaigns
• Operate professional camera equipment (Sony mirrorless systems), lighting, and audio gear
• Direct talent and doctors during shoots to ensure engaging, natural on-camera delivery
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and paid advertising
• Organise and manage video assets with a structured content library
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop content concepts and storyboards
• Stay updated on content trends and contribute fresh ideas for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
• Ensure all content aligns with each client's brand identity and marketing objectives

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in videography, content creation, or video production (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome)
• Proficiency in camera operation (Sony mirrorless preferred)
• Good understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and audio recording
• Strong visual storytelling skills and creative thinking
• Comfortable working in clinic environments and directing on-camera talent
• Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for creating content

• Experience producing short-form social media content
• Photography skills
• Knowledge of social media trends and platform best practices
