Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a designer who is curious, experimental, and eager to explore new formats and digital channels. As a Visual Communication Designer, you will conceptualize and create graphics, videos, motion content, and UI/UX animations, transforming complex ideas into clear, engaging, and impactful visual stories.

Responsibilities include:

• Conceptualize and design a wide range of visual assets for digital and corporate channels,including graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other creative content that support marketing, branding, and communications initiatives.

• Produce and edit videos and motion content, including promotional materials, product walkthroughs,interviews, and event coverage.

•Develop UI/UX animations to effectively showcase software workflows, product features, and interactiveexperiences.

•Create visuals for emerging marketing initiatives, including paid campaigns and otherexperimental digital channels.

•Ensure branding consistency and high-quality standards across all visual content and digital touchpoints.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct account and market research, track content performance, and contribute ideas to improve campaigns and shape future creative initiatives.

•Experiment with new formats, styles, and tools, continuously pushing creative boundariesto enhance storytelling and engagement.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields

•Strong written and verbal English for clear communication and content creation.

•A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual content creation, including graphics, video production, motion graphics, and UI/UX animations.

•Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and UI/UX designtools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)

•Strong visual storytelling skills, with an eye for aesthetics, composition, and branding consistency.

•Familiarity with social media platforms(LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, etc.)

•Creative, independent, and experimental, with a willingness to try new formats and digital channels.

•A self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple tasks.

•Genuine interest in storytelling and digital content creation.
