Web Content Creator

The Web Content Creator is responsible for creating, editing, and publishing engaging digital content for the company’s website and online platforms. The role involves producing written, visual, and multimedia content that supports the company’s branding, marketing, and communication objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Create and update website content, including articles, product/service descriptions, announcements, and landing pages to engage target audiences
• Write clear, engaging, and accurate content tailored to the company’s branding and marketing goals
• Develop content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital channels to support marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand standards
• Upload, format, and maintain website content using the company’s content management system to ensure timely updates
• Conduct research to produce relevant, informative, and accurate content for digital platforms
• Proofread and edit all published content to ensure grammatical accuracy and adherence to company style guidelines
• Apply basic SEO techniques, including keyword integration, title optimization, meta descriptions, and internal linking to improve content visibility
• Monitor and review website content regularly to maintain accuracy and relevance
• Create simple graphics, captions, and multimedia materials as needed to enhance digital content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support additional content-related tasks as assigned

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Multimedia Arts, Journalism, or related fields
• Familiarity with website content management systems to efficiently manage digital content
• Basic knowledge of SEO, social media content, and digital marketing principles to enhance content reach
• Basic photo, video editing, or graphic design skills to support multimedia content creation
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills to ensure high-quality content
