Web3 Partnerships & Communications Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships & Communications Manager to drive brand communications, media relations, ecosystem partnerships, and external messaging for our Web3 technology products.

You will work with Web3 media, industry communities, KOLs, ecosystem partners, and institutional collaborators to build a clear, credible, and professional market presence for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with Web3 media, industry platforms, KOLs, and ecosystem partners
• Drive brand partnerships, co-marketing campaigns, content collaborations, and industry initiatives
• Own external communications, including press releases, product announcements, brand decks, and partner-facing materials
• Monitor industry sentiment and market feedback, and support internal risk communication when needed
• Work with product, ecosystem, community, and content teams on communication planning
• Support brand visibility across ecosystem partnerships, developer programs, and industry events
• Build and manage media, KOL, and partner databases with clear evaluation criteria

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Web3, fintech, technology communications, PR, or strategic partnerships
• Strong understanding of Web3 media, KOL networks, ecosystem projects, and major industry events
• Excellent writing skills for press materials, brand messaging, partner decks, and external communications
• Bilingual in English and Chinese, with English as the primary working language and Chinese used for Chinese-speaking markets, communities, and partner communications
• Experience in crisis communications, sentiment monitoring, and cross-functional project management
• Familiarity with Web3 concepts such as L1/L2 ecosystems, wallets, developer communities, and on-chain applications
• Existing relationships with outlets such as CoinDesk, The Block, Decrypt, TechCrunch, or Bloomberg are a plus
