Our client is currently looking for both Customer Service Officers and the Supervisors.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am -6pm (8 hours), Alt Saturday (8am-1pm) (4 hours)
A) Customer Service Officer x 2 headcounts
What You’ll Do:
- Attend to general utilities and account-related enquiries via SP Services customer channels in a professional and timely manner
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions, comments and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What You’ll Need:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer facing role.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work in fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
B) Customer Care Supervisor X 1
What You’ll Do:
- Carry out supervisory duties to plan, assign and direct work to ensure daily operation efficiency, ensuring that regulatory and internal KPIs are met
- Supervise team of frontline agents; Monitor, coach and guide staff in meeting individual KPIs
- Identify and provide solutions to both customers’ and team needs
- Handle escalations and complaints
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
- At least 2 years of customer service management experience in customer facing role preferred.
- Strong organisational, analytical and effective problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven people management skills; able to build relationship with colleagues at all levels
- Self-starter. Possess professional, positive, can-do attitude. Manage pressure effectively
- Degree from a recognized institute
