1 Year Contract Customer Service Officer (#SAF-001) - Hiring Immediately

Our client is currently looking for both Customer Service Officers and the Supervisors.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am -6pm (8 hours), Alt Saturday (8am-1pm) (4 hours)

A) Customer Service Officer x 2 headcounts

What You’ll Do:

• Attend to general utilities and account-related enquiries via SP Services customer channels in a professional and timely manner
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions, comments and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What You’ll Need: 

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer facing role.  
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work in fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member

B) Customer Care Supervisor X 1

What You’ll Do:

• Carry out supervisory duties to plan, assign and direct work to ensure daily operation efficiency, ensuring that regulatory and internal KPIs are met
• Supervise team of frontline agents; Monitor, coach and guide staff in meeting individual KPIs
• Identify and provide solutions to both customers’ and team needs
• Handle escalations and complaints
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What You'll Need: 

• At least 2 years of customer service management experience in customer facing role preferred. 
• Strong organisational, analytical and effective problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven people management skills; able to build relationship with colleagues at all levels
• Self-starter. Possess professional, positive, can-do attitude. Manage pressure effectively
• Degree from a recognized institute
