Jobs Responsibilities
- Administer customer requests relating to payment frequency, minor alteration changes and statements in accordance to guidelines, service standards and quality.
- Assist in status of application, appeals relating to policy services applications
- Assess escalations and make independent decision in complaints resolution.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leader.
Job Requirements
- Prior insurance admin/operations experience
