Hiring for an established government-linked organisation. You will be handling first-level general enquiries inbound calls and emails. Company provides good employee welfare and work life balance. Minimal OT required.

Job Description:

• Handling inbound calls (80%) and emails (20%)
• Resolve enquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
• Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system

Requirements:

• Min Diploma with prior direct call centre experience (Must have)
• Will be assigned to handle BOTH English & Mandarin hotline hence applicants must be proficient in both languages (conversational level).
• Seeking for stability and long-term commitment.
• Must reside in Singapore if shortlisted. 

Other information:

• Basic up to $2700 + fixed allowances up to $400 + variable allowance up to $150 + AWS + VB (up to 2 months) + flexi cash entitlement + competitive employee benefits (Up to $3500 gross salary all in)
• Company located at Tanjong Pagar MRT (8 minutes walk)
• Working hours: 5 days a week including weekend (4 weekdays, 1 weekend), 8am-5.30pm / 830am-6pm (alt week rotation) -
• Note: Working days will be pre-assigned 1 month in advance
