(12 Months) Temp, Contract Management (LTP) - Urgent

Responsibilities 

Supporting the team on Learn to Play (LTP) programmes across all ActiveSG Sport centres island wide. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the successful creation of programmes
• Track and monitor existing program codes and verify valid certification of instructors under National Registry of Coaches (NROC) and National Registry for Exercise Professional (NREP).
• Provide support to review & endorse programmes submitted for LTP Programmes
• Processing of payments to instructors based on approved matrix provided by ActiveSG
• Manage a shared mailbox and promptly follow up on any requests or queries received.
• Maintain proper documentation and knowledge management processes.
• Consolidate monthly attendance submissions for the Learn-To-Play (LTP) programme from various sports centres.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports as needed.

Requirement 

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active and embrace learning, technology & innovation.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Able to work in a team setting
• Good writing and communication skills
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance and administrative work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office like Excel and Powerpoint, and some experience in using Robotic Automation Process (RPA)
• Knowledge in the Government procurement policies and GeBIZ system would be advantageous.

The level of offer will be commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 12-months temporary contract.
