12-month contract - Accounts Payable Assistant

Responsibilities

• Daily Functions 
• Process claims timely and independently
• Handles internal staff enquiries relating to Travel and Entertainment policy and resolves issues independently
• Accounting for staff claims
• Reconciliation of internal accounts
• Performs backup for vendor invoices payment

• Preparation of internal regulatory monitoring ratios for Singapore Branch

• Controls & Compliance
• Oversee, review and maintain effective controls and ensure compliance with group policies and local regulatory guidelines
• Ensure proper controls over the financial books and records
• Uphold compliance standards, internal controls and integrity

• Projects
• Participating (including process design & testing) in Projects relating to Accour
• Payable Function such as changes to:
• Vendor payment system
• SAP (relating to vendor & staff claims)
• Staff claim system

Salary:  $ 4000 - $4600

Location: East
