Responsible for the management of office workspace in Singapore:
• Closely follow changes in the company's business strategy, provide comprehensive administrative solutions, and through collaboration between internal teams and external supplier resources, coordinate the full lifecycle space operations of office facilities. This includes but is not limited to space renovation and modification, space management, supplier management, service management, and risk control. Achieve standardized operational management, reasonably control costs, improve business quality, and enhance service satisfaction.
• By deeply engaging with key personnel (KP), understand customer needs, and provide strong administrative support and implementation guarantee for business departments in areas such as organizational development, cultural construction, team atmosphere cultivation, and project activities.
• Participate in the formulation and promotion of administrative policies, ensuring effective communication of information both internally and externally.
• Coordinate the setup of administrative operation standards, standardized processes, and product system development, and promote the implementation of international campus projects.
• Handle other duties as assigned."
Job Requirement
1. More than 5 years of experience in administrative-related positions in large multi-national organization or tech companies, with corporate office management related professional knowledge;
2. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility and ownership, strong resilient and tenacity, with eager-to-learn attitude;
3. Strong business acumen and execution ability, capable of effectively transforming business needs into implementable actions and execution;
4. Excellent planning and organizational skills, along with strong communication and coordination abilities, to drive collaboration within the team and achieve business outcomes;
5. Strong vendor management skills, able to inspire vendors to operate independently and deliver business results;
6. Strong data analysis, structured thinking, and systematic problem-solving capabilities;
7. Demonstrated ability to provide innovative solutions, capable of independently coordinating cross-departmental tasks and conducting in-depth vertical exploration for related work;
8. Ability to handle emergencies to a certain extent;
9. Proficient in English, Chinese language communication skills."
