Our technology starts with you.\n\nYOUR ROLE \n\nAs a Senior/Principal Equipment Engineer, you will be involved in:\n\n * Maintaining Equipment Reliability \u2013 Assist in carrying out equipment maintenance to ensure performance consistency and reduce equipment downtime. \n\n * Equipment Efficiency Improvement \u2013 Assist to analyze equipment failure pareto and carry out effective planning for corrective and preventive measures to maintain high equipment reliability and efficiency improvement. \n\n * Equipment Capacity Support \u2013 Assist to provide technical support on equipment capacity enhancement. Perform analysis, organize, and perform retrofits for equipment installation and relocation. \n\n * Equipment Cost Reduction-Plan and implement equipment cost reduction projects. \n\n * Update MDMS to document best practices. \n\n\n\n\nYOUR SKILLS \u0026 EXPERIENCES\n\n * Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering. \n\n * Minimum \u003e3 years\u0027 direct experience working in CVD equipment. \n\n * In-depth knowledge in Applied Materials Producer SACVD, Centura HDP, DxZ would be advantageous. \n\n * General knowledge of Risk Assessment, 8D, Ishikawa, Root Cause tools is an added advantage. \n\n * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. \n\n * Positive learning attitude with strong sense of responsibility. \n\n * Fast learner, independent and able to work in a cross functional team. \n\n * Attention to details and self-driven. \n\n * Works under minimum supervision. \n\n * Able to work independently and cope with pressure. \n\n\n\n\n \n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
