(30506) Casual Support Staff (Training Assistant, 8-month Contract)

• Work closely with Program Team and Instructors to schedule and create video assets for course program.
• Assists in post-production work, including preparing graphics, inserting subtitles, syncing of audio files, creating title graphics and thumbnails as necessary.
• Cataloguing of project files, ensuring proper labelling and archiving.
• Support Instructors and Program Team during course workshops.
• Assist in publishing course materials on Canvas.
• Any other Ad Hoc duties related to course program.

This is an hourly-rated ($12/ hour) position.

• Ability to work independently and maintain focus on tasks with completion deadlines.
• Some experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Canvas.
• Some experience with video editing tools and Microsoft office.
• Must be an innovative thinker and creative problem solver.
• Must be team player with great ideas to share and develop.
• On-the-job training is provided.
