We are looking for a meticulous and visually driven Drafter to help translate our conceptual visions into precise technical realities.

Role Overview

As a 3D/AutoCAD Drafter, you will be the technical backbone of our design process. You will work closely with our lead designers and project managers to convert conceptual ideas into comprehensive 2D technical drawings and highly realistic 3D visualizations. Your work will directly guide our contractors and our specialized B2B build divisions, ensuring that complex architectural elements are executed flawlessly on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Drafting: Produce highly accurate and detailed 2D AutoCAD layouts, elevations, ceiling plans, and M&E plans for residential (HDB, private) and commercial projects.

• 3D Visualization: Generate high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders that accurately depict lighting, textures, and spatial flow to help clients visualize the final space.

• Complex Detailing: Create precise carpentry and joinery detailing, with a strong capability to document complex, custom architectural elements (e.g., organic curves, arches, and custom structural forms).

• Site Coordination: Conduct accurate site measurements and verify as-built dimensions against design plans to ensure technical feasibility.

• Material Integration: Incorporate specific material dimensions and constraints into technical drawings (experience detailing with high-end sintered stones and sustainable surfaces like Cosentino is a strong advantage).

• Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with the internal design team, external suppliers, and contractors to resolve technical clashes before construction begins.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, or a related field.

• Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in AutoCAD. Strong skills in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, or Corona).

• Industry Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of drafting experience within the Singapore interior design or architectural sector.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of local renovation guidelines (HDB, URA, BCA), structural constraints, and standard carpentry detailing.

• Design Sensibility: A strong eye for proportion, spatial awareness, and an appreciation for architectural design styles, particularly Bauhaus or Brutalist aesthetics.

• Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple project deadlines efficiently. Openness to utilizing new software or AI workflow tools to optimize drafting and rendering processes is a plus.

• Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) for clear technical communication.
