Job Scope:
HR Executive (Recruitment)
- Full spectrum of talent acquisition processes including but not limited to liaising with recruitment agencies, hiring managers and candidates, ensure recruitment documents are in order, job posting, screening of CVs, interview arrangement etc.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating exit interviews.
- Manage day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR- related documents.
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Oversee work pass matters of foreign workers.
- Monitoring personal files and HRIS records are updated timely and accurately.
HR Executive (Payroll)
- Prepare and calculate monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Generate reports related to payroll, taxes, and benefits as needed.
- Prepare HR document (ex: employment contract for new hire)
- Apply / cancellation Work Pass
- Updating Internal HR Data base
- Organizing and maintaining personnel record, organization chart etc.
- Answer employees’ queries about HR related issued
- Provide guidance and training to employees on payroll-related matters.
HR Executive (L&D)
- Oversee staff and workers' training programs, including coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors, managing registrations, conducting evaluations, and maintaining records and certifications.
- Assist in updating and maintaining internal training policies, SOPs, calendars, and materials.
- Manage the administration of training records, documentation, budgets, and HR systems.
- Support mentorship programs, performance appraisals, and career planning activities for staff.
- Coordinate internal HR events, meetings, and engagement activities, and participate in the review and analysis of training reports and feedback to drive improvement initiatives. Additionally, actively contribute to various HR initiatives and projects.
Job Requirement:
- Min. Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Candidate with relevant recruitment / payroll / L&D experience are welcome to apply
- With ACTA or ACLP cert is an advantage
