6G ARC Welder

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced 6G ARC Welder to perform high-quality welding on piping and structural components. The candidate must be skilled in 6G position welding using Manual Metal Arc (MMA/Stick) processes, with strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 6G position welding using ARC (Stick) welding techniques
  

• Read and follow welding procedures, drawings, and safety instructions
  

• Prepare joints and materials before welding
  

• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality
  

• Operate and maintain welding tools and equipment
  

• Work safely in confined spaces, elevated areas, and varying site conditions
  

• Coordinate with supervisors and quality control teams for inspections
  

• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  

Skills Required

• Proficient in 6G ARC welding on carbon steel and alloy pipes
  

• Knowledge of welding symbols, techniques, and safety procedures
  

• Ability to produce X-ray quality welds
  

• Strong focus on quality and precision
  

• Experience in oil & gas, shipyard, or industrial projects preferred
