Work you’ll do



  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, driving FP&A and finance transformation to enable business growth and data-driven decision-making.

  • Lead large-scale engagements, delivering strategic finance solutions, EPM enablement, and technology integration while managing multi-level stakeholders.

  • Shape enterprise data strategy, KPI frameworks, and cost allocation methodologies to improve transparency, efficiency, and performance.

  • Drive business development, RFP responses, and go-to-market initiatives, expanding client relationships and thought leadership.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning

Requirements




  • 8–12 years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, or consulting within a professional services environment.




  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance management, and financial analytics.




  • Experience with leading EPM platforms 




  • Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders and deliver complex, multi-workstream programs.




  • Demonstrated team leadership, coaching, and people development experience.




  • Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting revenue growth initiatives.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline; MBA and/or CPA/CA/CFA preferred
