Role Overview

As an Academic Advisor, you will conduct consultations and academic assessments, present our educational products, and develop strong relationships with families. Your role will involve continuous improvement of sales techniques and collaboration with marketing teams to enhance lead generation.

• Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers.

• Engage in outreach activities, including school talks and seminars.
• Research potential organizations for partnerships and lead generation.
• Attend industry events and provide insights on market trends.

Requirements

• Graduate from a reputable US or UK college.
• Proven sales track record with strong storytelling and public speaking skills.
• Experience with higher education or a deep understanding of the college application process.
• Passion for working with families and students to connect them with the best programs.
• Comfort with video communication and phone interactions.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English

Useful Experience

• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Understanding of the US/UK undergraduate application process.
