Account Assistant - CMF - Start Immediately

Job Summary:

• Salary: Basic up to $2,400
• AWS + PB
• Location: Paya Lebar
• Working days and hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable and receivable, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
• Timely and accurately matching of Accounts Receivables payments and updating of customer accounts.
• Preparation of daily reports and generating of sales invoices.
• Reconcile invoices and Accounts Payable payments.
• Assisting and preparing year end audit schedule.
• Including all others admin and general accounting duties.

Requirements

• Min 1 year of accounting experience.
• LCCI in Accounting /Booking and its equivalent.
