Construction and Renovation Company looking for Account Assistant

Job Description

• Assist in day-to-day finance transactions and data entry into accounting system
• Handling full spectrum of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable including Invoicing, Receipts & Payments
• Prepare and check summary payment to subcontractors and suppliers, including issuing cheques and payment vouchers
• Prepare monthly payment for GIRO expenses/ staff claim/ petty cash and key into accounting system 
• Assist in handling full set of account for auditing at end of Financial Year
• Assist HR Dept in Payroll Administration
• General Duties including documentation filing, updating data, billing, collections, payments, etc
• Any ad-hoc duties which may be assigned by Management

Requirements

• Minimum LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
• Familiar in Auto Count accounting software will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, problem-solving skill, positive attitude, self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in Construction or Renovation Company
• Able to start work immediately
• Good command of English and Mandarin
