UCT is looking for a talented Account Billing Support to join us in Singapore!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform contract review by ensuring correct customer PO and pricing are maintained in e-order workbench for billing purpose


• Liaising with account managers with regards to pricings


• Support special requests from customers such as daily report for PO status, customer PO balance for top-up or new PO issuance purpose, submit PO consumption report to end user for approval prior to billing

• Maintain monthly sales tracking report by customers


• Support internal and external audits by providing supporting documents related to proof of deliveries including customer PO’s.


• Support office admin tasks if necessary

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• O Level or SPM

Experience Requirement:

• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment


• Good analytical skills and meticulous


• Able to work in fast paced environment


• Proficient in MS office
