Account Executive

About the role

As an Account Executive at PlayFACTO School Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the company. Based in the Midview North Region, this full-time position will allow you to utilise your expertise in bookkeeping and small practice accounting to support the company's objectives.

Job description

Job Descrition:

• Manage accounts payable and account receivable
• Perform AR/AP reconciliation with balance sheet schedule, bank reconciliation, account supporting schedules and internal control reports
• Intercompany reconciliation on a monthly basis
• Responsible for preparation and maintenance of general ledgers
• Assists in maintaining bookkeeping
• Carry out month-end closing activities
• Other administrative support as assigned – Chasing payment 
• MYOB , Quickbook knowledge add advance

Job requirement

• Min. 2-year relevant experience
• Strong financial competency, analysis and problem solving skills
• Proactive, hands – on, resourceful and with an eye for details and accuracy
• Able to work in a fast – paced environment, meticulous and adhere to tight deadlines
• Motivated, multi – task and positive working attitude
• Possess positive learning attitude & a good team player
• Resilience, resourceful and goal oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to work independently
• 5 day work week
