Responsibilities
Manage full sets of accounts for assigned companies by preparing month-end schedules including accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany reconciliations, and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
Prepare monthly management reports that provide actionable insights to support business decision-making and enhance financial transparency
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as overseas office staff and corporate secretaries to resolve operational accounting issues and ensure compliance with statutory filing requirements
Coordinate with auditors to facilitate timely and accurate annual audits of financial statements for assigned companies
Prepare remittances and liaise with banks to resolve banking matters efficiently, ensuring smooth financial operations
Compile and submit regulatory reports punctually to meet compliance deadlines and uphold regulatory standards
Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports to maintain tax compliance and accurate tax reporting
Prepare and submit annual reports, including XBRL filings, to fulfill statutory obligations and regulatory requirements
Execute administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks to support the finance team and overall organizational operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or degree in accounting or related field combined with relevant accounting work experience
Experience handling full sets of accounts using SAP B1 accounting software
Proficient in Microsoft Excel applications to analyze and manage financial data effectively
Experience preparing CMS regulatory reports is an advantage
Demonstrated proactivity, commitment, and meticulous attention to detail to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
Positive attitude and team player mindset to contribute to a collaborative work culture
