Account Executive (Central Logistics industry) - Hiring Immediately

The Opportunity:

As a Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in handling full set of accounts. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


The Job:

• Manage local customer and supplier interactions while updating local accounts payable and accounts receivable in the system.
• Prepare local statements of account (SOA) and send them to clients to follow up on payments.
• Perform bank checks before releasing Delivery Orders or Bills of Lading.
• Conduct bank reconciliations for both SGD and USD accounts.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations.
• Handle and submit GST reporting.
• Execute general ledger duties including prepayments, accruals, and fixed assets.
• Assist in year-end audit preparations by organizing documents and facilitating intercompany confirmations.

The Talent:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Business management.
• Minimum of 2-3 years proven solid full set accounting experience in Logistics/Freight forwarding industry.
• Able to work independently and has a good eye for details.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
