Account Executive (TSS020524) - Opportunity to Make a Difference

1. To take responsibility for allocated partners and ensure their inquiries are dealt with for all matters of their business with us from the inquiry stage, continuing through the order process and delivery and to after sales.    
2. To carry out all tasks accurately and promptly.   
3. To communicate with other departments and factories effectively.   
4. To carry out any other reasonable duties requested by the Business      Development Manager
5. To work closely and proactively with all partners in Asia Pacific and colleagues in Asia and Europe through telephone, e-mail, and face-to-face communication.  

 Task including: 

• Calculating pricing, preparing & sending quotations  
• Checking and processing orders 
• Querying discrepancies with the dealer and/or factory 
• Checking and sending drawings for approval with an accurate price  
• Managing order-book and tracking quotations  
• Ensuring pre-payment or sufficient credit is in place before shipment of the order.  
• Tracking logistics procedures   
• Handling rework jobs  
• Handling missing and damaged orders. 
• Tracking after-sales requests. 
• Answering queries. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum Diploma in marketing, business administration, or equivalent.  
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and recognized email software. 
• Must be bilingual in English plus Mandarin or Thai  or Vietnamese or Bahasa. 
• Positive working attitude with a willingness to learn 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Excellent customer care skills. 
• Excellent attention to detail.  
• Pro-active attitude.   
• Able to multi-task.
