About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team to manage and nurture relationships with our existing EPOS clients, with the primary goal of upselling, cross-selling, and increasing account value. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze diverse business models, identify gaps, and deliver value-added solutions that drive both client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning EPOS solutions accordingly.
2. Upselling & Cross-Selling
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell EPOS solutions.
Match client needs with additional offerings to maximize value delivered.
3. Account Growth
Partner with clients to develop and execute strategic account roadmaps.
Identify expansion opportunities to increase revenue and deepen client engagement.
Collaborate with team leads to define and implement account growth strategies.
Work cross-functionally with various departments to execute client growth initiatives.
4. Sales Target Achievement
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipelines using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1–3 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales preferred. (Fresh graduates or career switchers with strong passion for sales are welcome to apply!)
Exposure to the F&B, Retail, or Services industry is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic with a “never say die” attitude.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
