Responsibilities:
- Handle account receivable, claims payment and day-to-day accounting matters
- Implement, document, monitor and maintain financial policies and procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures.
- Coordinate with auditor & clients for auditing.
- Assist in filing GST returns & corporate tax.
- Handle simple HR administrative matters
- Ad hoc projects and duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma graduate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting matters.
- Experience working with MYOB, UBS and Quickbook Accounting software is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous and proficient in MS office.
- High level of initiative and possess good attitude.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced work environment.
