Job Description - Account Manager

Account Manager to oversee and coordinate monthly payroll and claims processing for clients using HRIS platforms such as Workday and Excelity. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payments, while supporting both internal teams and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage two monthly payroll and claims runs, ensuring accuracy in data entry, calculations, and statutory deductions (CPF, SDL, IRAS).

  • Liaise with clients and HR partners on payment issues, policy updates, and regulatory changes.

  • Prepare payroll reports, variance analysis, and support reconciliations for finance teams.

  • Maintain payroll documentation and support annual submissions (e.g. IR8A, IR21, MSO).

  • Respond to client and third-party queries, including during audits and surveys.

  • Support UAT testing for system changes and report issues or inconsistencies.

  • Coordinate processing of bonuses, incentives, festival advances, and other ad-hoc adjustments.

  • Communicate payroll-related updates to clients and ensure smooth operations during process changes.

Requirement:

1. Minimum Diploma and above 
2. Computer literate and has good knowledge of Microsoft Office such
as Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
3. Good working level of English language, both spoken and written.
4. Experienced in running the full spectrum of payroll independently
and preferably with experience in managing Public Sector payroll.
5. Workday / Excelity knowledge is preferred.
6. Preferably at least 3 years accumulated local (Singapore) payroll experience.

Duration /Working days/hours:

 3 years (With option to extend another 2 years) 1 Aug 2025

44 hours per week
