Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Control & Reporting: Overseeing cash flow, preparing consolidated accounts, and conducting monthly performance reporting. Leading full sets of accounts, prepare monthly financial statements and maintaining internal controls to ensure governance.

• Strategic Planning: Conducting project feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to tax laws (e.g. GST..), statutory regulations (e.g. BCA, CPF, MOM, IRAS etc).

• Stakeholder Management: Liaising with auditors, tax agents, bankers and internal project team. Preparing staff monthly salaries and annual leave tabulations entitlement. Submission of monthly CPF, quarterly GST and others that are deemed under the statutory requirements.

A Finance Account Manager oversees financial operations, project costing and cash flow, requiring a Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy/Finance and 4–5 years of experience, often with CPA/ACCA qualifications. They manage progress billings, WIP (Work in Progress), statutory compliance (GST/tax), and financial reporting. 

Requirements

• Education/Certification: Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• Experience: 4–5 years in finance with strong understanding in construction accounting principles (WIP)
• Skills: Proficiency in project costing, financial forecasting, and strong leadership to lead a finance team.
