Account Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Managerto lead our accounting team and oversee the company's financial operations. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum ofaccounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, andproviding leadership to a team of Accounts Executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and cash flow management.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of 2–4 Accounts Executives to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of accounting activities.
• Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reports prepared by the team.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare and review management accounts, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
• Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.
• Handle ad hoc projects and assignments as required by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience managing a team and reviewing the work of accounting staff.
• Experience liaising with external auditors and managing audit processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• 完成管理层安排的其他临时项目及相关工作。

职位要求

• 持有会计、金融或相关专业学士学位。
• 拥有专业会计资格（如 ACCA、CPA、CA 或同等资格）者优先考虑。
• 具备至少5至8年相关会计工作经验，其中至少2年担任主管或管理职务。
• 熟悉财务报告、会计准则、税务法规及相关法定合规要求。
• 具备管理团队及审核会计人员工作成果的实际经验。
• 具有与外部审计师合作及管理审计工作的经验。
• 熟悉会计软件及 Microsoft Excel 的操作。
• 具备良好的分析能力、解决问题能力及组织协调能力。
• 拥有优秀的领导能力、沟通能力及人际交往能力。
