Account Manager (Non Hunter Role) - Advertising/Publishing Agency Experienced

• Position: Account Manager (Non Hunter Role) - Advertising/Publishing Agency Experienced – Up to $5,000 
• Location: Kallang (5 mins walk from Kallang Mrt)
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Advertising and Publications

Main Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements and ensuring the successful execution of projects
• Client Management – Managing client relationship, regular communication, understanding client’s business goals and objectives and ensuring their satisfaction with the design services being provided
• Project Management – Oversee execution of design products, ensuring on time delivery, within budget and to the client’s specifications
• Creative Briefs – Work with client to develop a creative brief which outlines the project goals, target audience and other important details that will guide the Design Team’s work
• Collaboration – Collaborates closely with the Design Team, providing feedback and guidance to ensure that the final products meets the Client’s expectations
• Budget and Forecasting – Managing the project’s budget, Forecasting costs and ensuring project is delivered within the allocated budget
• Upselling and Cross-selling – Identify opportunities to Upsell or Cross-sell additional design services to existing clients

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Graphic design or Communications or relevant studies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
