Account Manager (Retail Department)

Account Manager is responsible to develop, monitor and manage the assigned portfolio of brands and merchants for Superstore, achieving margin and targets through establish strong key account relationships with a focus on supporting the partners in developing and attaining their business goals with the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong and positive relationship with the assigned portfolio of brands and merchants for Superstore.
• Work closely with partners to understand their business objectives and provide support in achieving these goals through platform.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, margins, and targets for the assigned brands and merchants.
• Regularly communicate and collaborate with partners to ensure their needs are met, and any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
• Manage pricing competitiveness of the portfolio to attract and retain customers while achieving desired margins.
• Curate and optimize the product assortment to align with customer demands and market trends.
• Ensure stock availability and timely replenishment to meet customer demands and avoid stock outs.
• Negotiate promotion deals with partners to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Account manager or in a similar key account management role.
• Minimum 2 years of working & sales experience.
• Goals driven and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
