Job Description - Account Officer - Opportunity to Make a Difference

We are in search of a motivated Account Officer to join our talented team at Elitez Pte Ltd in Teban Gardens, West Region.

Responsibilities:

Conversion of Sales Order to Sales Invoice;
Reply to Ops Dept emails with the Sales Invoices and attachments.
Scan invoices and attachments to a shared folder.
Upload of invoices to Customer’s Portal (where applicable)
Generate Statement of Accounts
Support Credit Control initiatives.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Intermediate/Advanced) and other ERP Systems (SAP)
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Possess good general IT knowledge.
