Account Payable - Dynamic Team

Responsibilities:

1. Management of Accounts Payable 
2. Maintenance of accounts payables (AP) creditors' records, including IBG payment records
3. Collation of AP from all centres
4. Keying-in of AP to the GP Dynamics Financial Software
5. Batching of AP for Interco billing
6. Batching of AP for fixed assets processing
7. Batching of AP for payment
8. Reconciliation of AP sub-ledger to general ledger
9. Running of monthly AP Aging Report
10. Running of AP Payment twice a month and also process ad-hoc payments whenever required
11. Processing of AP Payment via computer cheques and manual cheques
12. Performing accrual of revenue for selected centers on monthly basis

Requirements:

• Candidate must have Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• Fresh Degree graduates would also be considered 
• Experiences 3 years and above

 Period:

• Permanent

Location:

• Marine Parade Central

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 6:15pm

Salary:

• Up to $3500
