Responsibilities :
- Mainly responsible for payment ; Arrange payment for LNG, Shipping, Admin related (USD and SGD).
- B/L receiving and sending
- Perform procedures necessary for payment (preparation of Payment Voucher, obtaining approval for PV, send upload file to Accounting Team)
- Confirmation of the client's bank account information for new payee
- Attend to questions from the bank regarding payment
- Assist in Admin related duties (if any)
- Handle all Outgoing payment (USD & SGD) (AP )
- To confirm invoice details are in line with AFOP before process of payment.
- To carry out tele-verification/confirmation of bank details for 1st time payment.
- To prepare payment voucher & update payment listing
- Send payment voucher with invoice & support documents to the relevant head of department for e-approval in advance
- Upon approval on the above, proceed with e-banking preparation & to seek final approval from head of finance
- Scan & file all vouchers
- Assist with bank queries for payment related matters
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned for finance support
- Handle BL related task
- Check & confirm all BL pages are duly received, arrange for signature on the original by Head of Operation & Chartering
- Prepare cover page to be attached for sending with original BL to buyer
- Scan complete set of signed BL & saved on the server
- Check DI details for sending of signed BL to Buyer
- Update BL receipt date & sent date on Entrade (ETRM platform)
Requirements :
Non-experienced candidates with the following are welcome to apply
- Basic Excel Skills
- Detailed, meticulous, team player, motivated, good communicator
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting-related work, especially AP
