The client is an established life insurance company. This role sits within the sales function and focuses on client retention & seamless policy renewal experience.
Job Responsibilities
Possess a strong understanding of group insurance products and pricing.
Effectively manage and service renewal accounts through intermediaries
Keep track of renewal timelines and send out renewal invitations in a timely manner.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy in renewal data for billing
Manage and resolve escalations by coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
Work closely with the operations team on operational matters.
Partner with the claims team to resolve claims related escalations and update intermediaries/clients.
Ensure timely payment of premium by clients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Skills and Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in group insurance, employee benefits, or account management.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
