Accountant

Job Description

· Handle full set of accounts and generate monthly finance reports; Familiar in tax, budget, forecast.

· Preparation of accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management & cash flow reports

· Ensure financial reports and information are in compliance with relevant tax agencies;

· Handle foreign currency matter;

· Quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) preparation and submission

· Handle corporate and personal tax compliance work

· Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process

· Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data

· Prepare accurate monthly and annual operating budgets;

· Coordinate and liaise with parties such as external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required

· Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

· Recognized relevant Degree and/or relevant Post Graduate/Professional Qualification in Accounting/Tax, ACCA

· Positive Attitude, highly motivated, flexible, and possess good interpersonal skills

· Meticulous and sharp for details

· Knowledge or experience handling Family Office setup is preferable

· Language Spoken and Written – English, and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking and multinational associates

· Able to work independently and work under tight timelines

· Familiar in use Excel to perform complex calculations, like amortization tables and depreciation schedules
