As an Accountant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assess payments for approval.
• Supervise financial transactions concerning rentals, sales, and related services.
• Guarantee precise documentation of revenue, costs, and stock.
• Manage merchandise inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to restock.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
• Handle all statutory audits and tax filing issues, including communication with professionals.
• Draft financial statements for relevant entities.
• Arrange and manage monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and annual filing of IR8A forms.
• Formulate and execute HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal standards.

Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Accounting/ ACCA or equivalent.
• Candidate with Xero accounting system and audit experience will be an added advantage.
