Accountant - Group Consolidation - Full Set - Growth-Minded Organization

Job Description:

• Reports directly to the Finance Manager.
• Responsible for monthly consolidation of group financials for statutory and management purposes.
• Conducts monthly reviews of subsidiary financial results.
• Manages full sets of accounts for dormant subsidiaries.
• Ensures timely and accurate preparation of financial and management reports, quarterly reports, and SGX announcements.
• Collaborates with auditors during annual audits.
• Prepares tax computations and liaises with tax agents.
• Supports in budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Compiles the group's Annual Report.
• Undertakes additional project work as required.

Job Requirements:

• Holds a degree in accountancy, with a preference for CPA qualification.
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards and strong accounting knowledge.
• Possesses a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in audit and consolidation roles.
• Self-motivated and proactive team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Demonstrates understanding of work processes and internal controls.
