Accountant - Room for Advancement

Job Responsibilities:

• Data entry
• Liaise with overseas tax agents about withholding tax, monitor the process & application of withholding tax
• Explore and advice sales & presales manager on various countries tax related matters for overseas project billing
• Liaise with internal legal advisor from overseas parent company, review sales & purchase contracts in terms of payment and breach of contract clauses and preparing of contracts
• Dealing in project allocation cost and work in progress
• Preparing and keep track of the sub-contract flow between parent and subsidiary companies
• Liaise with other project managers, customers and etc. in respect of payments, collections and man-day follow up
• Assist with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements (if necessary)
• Any other ad-hoc accounting / administrative tasks as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• Required language(s): English and Mandarin to liaise with overseas counterparts, such as China due to they are Mandarin speaker
• At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
• Required Skill(s): PROFICIENT in Microsoft Excel (advance level) is a MUST to generate various reports
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Accounting or equivalent.
• Hand on knowledge of SAP / Autocount software is an advantage
• Able to meet tight deadline & hands on experience
• Multi-tasking and could solve problem independently
