Responsibilities:
Accounts
Responsible for the financial and management reporting functions
Handling accounts consolidation and monthly management reporting.
Prepare monthly financial reports including consolidation, budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports, including variance analysis, cash flow projections and AR collection reports.
Prepare annual financial statements.
Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast by working closely with Department Heads.
Provide business decision support and analysis by providing financial advice.
Handle external and internal audit, tax reporting and statutory matters.
Any ad-hoc matters as assigned.
Company Accounts
Maintain full sets of accounts, including month-end closing.
Liaise with external audits, tax agent and bank officers.
Ensure compliance with local regulations (Singapore FRS, Tax).
Prepare quarterly GST filing.
Prepare monthly management reports and package on time.
Prepare audit schedules.
Any ad-hoc matters as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy/CPA/ACCA/CA.
At least 3 years of working experience.
Strong technical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Senior Accountant
Job Description:
Oversee and work with the Account Executive on finance and accounting functions on day-to-day matters such as the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and fixed assets.
In-charge of reviewing the Groupâs entities monthly management reports and monitoring projects performance against budget and forecast.
Preparation of Group quarterly consolidated management & financial reporting.
Attend to statutory reporting relating to audit, tax and GST matters and ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.
Reviewing, documenting, improving, and monitoring the Groupâs internal control processes.
Liaise with internal & external auditors for yearly audit and tax agents on corporate tax matters, and corporate secretary on annual ACRA filings and resolutions.
Participating in the preparation of SGX results announcement, annual report, sustainability report
Assist with ad-hoc financial matters/assignments.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Accountancy or Finance, and/or professional accounting qualifications in ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
Experienced working in construction industry
Candidates with audit experience are desirable
Able to work independently and as a team
Proficient in Accounting Software (preferably in ACCPAC system) and Microsoft Office
